Some weddings are made of details. Others are made of soul. Miquela and Rafel’s was both, a chic Mallorca wedding at a private possessió that felt intimate, joyful, and deeply personal. Every colour, every smile, every moment spoke of something real and full of heart.

They got married in Lloseta, the town where they live, in its charming stone church surrounded by family, lifelong friends, and neighbours who have seen their love grow. The ceremony was intimate yet full of energy, the kind of atmosphere that only happens when a couple celebrates in their own place, with their own people.

When the church doors opened, Miquela appeared radiant in her ethereal CORTANA two-piece gown, modern yet timeless. Miquela’s dress moved with her heartbeat, her bouquet a wild mix of natural tones with unexpected touches of purple. Elegant, understated, and impossibly chic. Beside her, Rafel in a beige suit looked every bit the modern groom: relaxed, magnetic, and full of joy. Together, they were pure harmony.

The celebration continued in Son Trobat, a private possessió mallorquina full of meaning owned by Pili, a close friend of Rafel’s family. A place that already carries so many memories, and now holds one more: their wedding. And that’s exactly what made it so special.

The food was another love letter to the island, traditional Mallorcan dishes served with local wine and a big dose of joy. During the cocktail hour, guests enjoyed live rumba music, cocktails, and that golden sunset light that only Mallorca knows how to give.

And then came the magic. The decoration was bold, daring, and full of personality. A daring mix of prints, textures and earthy tones that reflected the couple’s energy. The tables were dressed with ikat-inspired fabrics and warm coloured candlelight, surrounded by handmade ceramic vases crafted by Rafel’s mother, a true artist. Every single detail revolved around the tree, the heart of the celebration, where laughter and music echoed until late in the night.

As a wedding planner, I absolutely loved designing this wedding. It was a creative dream full of colour, contrast and character. Miquela and Rafel brought so much imagination to the process; all I had to do was give it shape and make it flow. It was one of those weddings that remind you why you love this job, where creativity meets emotion, and everything just feels right.

And what a party it was.
From the first dance to the last song, everything felt effortless and alive. The giant ensaimada cake, the saxophonist weaving through the crowd, the wild dancing under the string lights, it was Mallorca at its best: warm, unpretentious, and full of heart.

Full of style, emotion and those imperfect moments that make it real.
A wedding that was, quite literally, REAL
