The ceremony featured live acoustic guitar, setting the perfect tone for a heartfelt and intimate exchange of vows. Just before dinner, guests were surprised by one of the island’s most iconic traditions: a Menorcan “jaleo” with horses—a thrilling moment that brought energy, excitement, and a true sense of place to the celebration.
For the wedding meal, Jack & Ellie chose to honour the Mediterranean lifestyle with a relaxed and sociable sharing concept of tapas-style entrantes, creating an atmosphere that encouraged conversation, connection, and slow enjoyment of every flavour. As night fell, the party came to life with a live saxophonist playing alongside the DJ, turning the dance floor into an open-air celebration under the stars.
